英単語には見た目が似ているけど意味が違ったりする単語がたくさんあるのでしっかりと使い分けれる様にしましょう。
スペルによって動詞になったり名詞になったりする時もあるので知っておくようにしましょう
bloom/broom
Bloom・・・<名詞＞花。＜動詞＞花が咲く。栄る。

Broom・・・ほうき

blush/brush
Blush・・・照れて赤くなる

（恥ずかしがらせないで！）←良い意味
Brush・・・＜名詞＞歯ブラシ。ブラシ＜動詞＞ブラシをかける。

（寝る前に歯を磨くの忘れないでね）
carve/curve
Carve・・・彫る。
Be careful with your fingers when you carve on the tree.
(木の彫刻をするときは指に気をつけて）
Curve・・・＜名詞＞曲線。＜動詞＞曲がる。カーブする。
The curve of that stone is beautiful.
（あの石の曲線は美しい）
clam/cram
Clam・・・二枚貝
What kind of clams o you like？
（どの種類の貝が好きですか？）
Cram・・・押し込む
Please do not cram too much staff in the suitcase that would be overweight.
（重量オーバーになるからスーツケースにものを詰めすぎないでください）
clap/crap
Clap・・・手をたたく

Crap・・・ウンチ、くだらない

coarse/coerce
Coarse・・・＜形容詞＞粗い。下品な。

Coerce・・・強要する。

（私は彼に５０００円渡すように強要された。）
complement/compliment
Complement・・・＜名詞＞補足＜動詞＞補足する。完全にする。
You and I complement each oTher very well.
（あなたと私はお互いをよく引き立たせる。）
Compliment・・・＜名詞＞称賛＜動詞＞称賛する。
I am Complimented by all my friends by winning the tournament.
（トーナメントに勝ったので友達みんなに褒めらせた。）
confirm/conform
Confirm・・・確認する
You have to conform my email.
（私のメールを確認してください）
Conform・・・従う
Conform the contract and follow next step.
（契約に従い次の手順にいってください。）
cooperation/corporation
Cooperation・・・協力。提携。
Thank you for your cooperation
（ご協力ありがとうございました。）
Corporation・・・法人。有限会社
I work for a Japanese corporation.
（日本の有限会社で働いている）
council/counsel
Council・・・評議員。会議。
School council members are elected by their students.
（学校の会議の役員は生徒の選挙によって決められた。）
Counsel・・・＜名詞＞忠告。助言＜動詞＞忠告する。助言する。
Before you take an exam if you need some counsel come to me.
（テストの前にアドバイスが必要なら私のところに来て）
crash/crush
Crash・・・＜名詞＞衝突。＜動詞＞衝突する。
I do not want drive, I am scared of car crash.
（車の事故が怖いから運転が嫌い）
Crush・・・＜名詞＞押し潰す。圧搾。＜動詞＞押し潰す。
